Mine went out as well, it's the Radio itself. Need to replace it or fix it. I got mine fixed at Honda dealership, Radio supplied by Honda, and I paid $99 for labor.

Parking lamps and tail lamps blows fuse, dash lights don't work

First thing I would check is all frame grounds... like the negative battery cable and the grounding strap on the passenger side motor Mount to the wheel hub. In any electrical system, lights draw more current than anything (except the battery) when you turn them on... Check the grounds!

you have gotten water on a 2" x 2" circuit board box in the trunk drivers side near your rear taillights. this has to be replaced. it is only available at dealer. email me back if this fixes it. drewshouse62@yahoo.com. i had the same problem on my 98 accord.

Sounds like maybe the ECU had taken in some water. Is your ECM located behind the engine on the firewall? There are two large fuses located on the passenger side wheel well in the engine bay. They are two large (2" plastic covers) over them.

Radio/heater dash lights out

Mine did the same thing. There is an extended warranty for it for 105,000 miles, hopefully you are under that. I was 108,000 miles when mine went out and it is going to cost me between $600-$1000 to repair. It is the circuit board. Call your Honda dealer.

2004 Honda Accord Radio fuse blows

There was a recall for the 03-04 Accord radio. It had faulty circuitry that caused the screen to go dim. Check with Honda to see if they'll still honor the recall.
