Question about 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier

There are only a few things you havent checked.
Unplug the door switches - one may be bad.
Unplug the Automatic Unlock Door Module.
Unplug the door solenoids.
There should be no other draw on the system - unless you have a bare/cracked/broken wire somewhere.
The most common place is in the door boot - as it gets flexed so often.
If you want to go the quickest route - and only have to do everything once - unplug EVERYTHING on that circuit.
Check ground continuity on the dead side of the fuse receptacle.
If there is continuity - you have a bad wire, and will have to track it down manually.

Sounds like the power door lock switch is shorted, try disconnecting the switches and see what happens, let me know
