Question about 2003 Cadillac CTS
I would first check your owners manual to find where the fuses are and check them to see which one applies to the seats and see if this fuse is bad?? If so go to auto zone and get a replacement. Sometimes there are extra fuses in the fuse box saving you a trip to the auto parts store. If this does not solve the problem then we go to step two. One bridge at a time

Press the # 1 button and set the seat where you want it. When you are done just press the #1 button once more. Same for #2 and so on.
