When engine is cold neutral and drive light keeps blinking

You have a transmission control malfunction of some sort. From the passenger floorboard, look under the center of the dash above where the carpet stops. On the bottom of the yellow air conditioning boxes do you see moisture, particularly green coolant? Most times I have run into this the O-rings for the heater core have started leaking, and the fluid drips down onto the power switching relay for the transmission computer.
