Question about 2006 GMC Sierra
I have a 06 gmc sierra hybrid with push button 4x4 when shifting between 2h 4h and 4l transfer case clunks pretty hard and when in 4wd going strait works fine but when decelerating i hear a winding sound. and when i turn i hear the same winding sound like metal gears winding against metal. if the wheel is turned all the way the back tires lock up like it has lockers but it doesnt. and the whole drive train seems to bind up to the point where it wont move at all unless i kick the rpms up to about 2500. this truck only has 18000 miles and the transfer case has the right amount of oil.
