Sounds like hose got dislodged. Check under dash & fix. (If you can even get a hand in that area)

My air works but the face vents wont blow

If the selector is electronic push button you might have to replace it. If it is a slide type look for a vacuum leak in line that goes inside to cab, I just fixed this on my buick. Mine was electronic and it only blew out the defrost as well. Pain when humidity is high.

the small radiator just inside the cab, where the hoses go to the heater is leaking. You may try using stop leak (many don't recommend this) or take off the heater radiator. it will probably get worse when you turn on the heater and fog up the windshield if not fixed. hope this helps.

Heat

No heat or no air volume? No heat may mean no coolant! check it now! Your 4.2 wont stand for being overheated. No volume, check the fuse, if ok then turn on you fan and check for voltage at the electrical connector at the blower motor (under the glovebox). If you dont have a test light, tap the blower motor . If that kicks it to life you need a blower motor.
