Question about Toyota Camry Hybrid
I just came from our local Toyota dealer where I just had my 20,000-mile periodic maintenance tune up/check up. While driving home the ''engine symbol'' or icon lit and just below it the word ''Check''.
For some strange reason, whatever the problem is should have been detected (and addressed) while the periodic maintenance was being done, right? Anyway, now I have to bring my unit back to the dealer 1st thing Monday morning.
Would anyone know why the ''check engine'' indicator light up? Thanks
The check engine light is to alert you that the computer has identified a fault in one of the car's systems The dealer will most likely run a scan and see if any fault codes are stored. The codes will show what the computer has noted and if the light came on erroneously, they will reset the light. Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
