Question about 1998 Lincoln Navigator
How do I know if I have a short circut on my 98 lincoln navigator and how do I find that short circut problem my car won't start but still can turn over
What makes you think that it may be a short? Did you smell or see smoke? Try to listen carefully as soon as you install the key in the ignition and turn it all the way, like you are going to turn it on, just don't. Do you hear the fuel pump activate. Sounds like a low whinny sound from the rear of the vehicle. if yes, then you know you have fuel to your injectors. Next thing would be to check for power to the ignition coil/distributor. pull one plug and crank to see if you have spark. make sure all these check out ok before determining a short.
