Question about 1984 Mazda 626
You should purchase a chiltons or haynes manual for your engine. But otherwise you should first disconnect the battery, then the fuel line, throttle linkage, then the injector connectors or throttle body if it's not EFI, and remove the intake manifold bolts in a cross pattern starting in the middle and working outward to the front and back, then you can use a putty knife or something similar to wedge in between the intake and the head to gently break the seal until you are able to remove the intake manifold.
