Question about 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt
After running an inveter a couple of days I belive the fuse is blown to aux lighter where can I find it the fuses?
If you have your owners manual which is generally in the glove box, it should tell you location of fuse for lighter socket and location of fuse box itself. I don't have any diagrams on this particular car so I can't help you out much further then this.

Instrument Panel Fuse Block
The instrument panel fuse block access door is
located on the driver's side edge of the instrument
The fuse is marked
"AUX PWR" That is the 2nd fuse from the top in the far left row of fuses, the fuse above it is marked "REAR SEAT".
