I think you actually BAKE a cake, but I have no idea what you are asking, or why it's under car tech support.

When you bake a cake the water is in the batter. The baking powder gives it a fizz, and the egg helps hold it in place once it rises.

I have just replaced my water pump, radiator and radiator cap on my BMW 93 ,318 i but if i dont drive with the air con on the temp gauge goes to red and the motor cooks. The water in the radiator is boiling...

You say water, do you actually mean coolant?
Or are you putting straight water into it?
You may need to check the mixing level.
It should have a mix of 50/50.
50% water and 50% antifreeze/coolant.
Lot's of coolants will come pre-diluted, which is usually always the best way to go.

I hope this helps!

Hit puddle and voltagelight came on, now car has no charge

Sometimes the water can short out the regulator in the alternator. You can try letting the alternator dry out but more than likely its cooked. If you have the expertise you can change just the regulator or change out the alternator.

How to clean wet carpet in a car atfer a flood. this happen on yesterday in portsmouth, va. We had a storm which resulted in flooding, power outages, and trees falling down. water gotten in my car because...

You can hand shampoo it using clean water then hit it with a shop vac or other powerful wet/dry machine. It will eventually dry out. The problem is that moisture and odors will lay under it. You can take the whole carpet out of the car yourself and use a carpet cleaner, letting it fully dry before reinstalling. Generally this will require removing seats, consoles, and interior trim. If you are not experienced at this and don't have the proper tools, it can be a time consuming chore.

Otherwise contact a car/truck stereo installation shop. I find these folks are reasonable to pay for removal and reinstallation of the carpet and may also cheaply clean it for you.

Lastly you may just get a whole new carpet, look on ebay, and stuff that in there.

Do we have to have water in the oven at all times? If so how do we cook cakes?

I once read an article about someone cooking their meal on their car's engine. They would wrap it up in aluminum foil, cruise to their destination while the food cooked on the exhaust manifold. When they arrived, their meal was ready. Was that by any chance you?

Submerged in water

Take out the battery, clean inside fob with alcohol, let stand overnight to dry ,put in new battery.

There is a seal that should keep out regular moisture but if water got in then you want to get it out before the battery corrodes onto the little circuit board.
