Question about Honda Civic
Through process of elimination to find the cause is how to determine this ..
1st check all the fuses if all are good check to ensure spark...if spark is present check to ensure flow of fuel there is at the fuel bar a valce much like that on a tire remove the cap and with a pen shielding your eyes to some degree so not to get into you eyes with the key on.. push in on it gas should squirt out so be careful .if no gas is present it may be a fuel filter or fuel pump issue if you turn the key to the on position do you hear the pump working it should be a slight humming sound ...check to ensure all the vacuum lines are connected and not cracked or missing make sure of these things 1st as well as look for any thing unusual or obvious while inspecting the engine and fuse area
