Question about 2003 Ford Crown Victoria
If this has coil packs, then timing is set by 02 sensors and camshaft position sensor.
If it has a distributor, then you can use a timing light, point it at crank pulley after connected to #1 plug wire. See how many degrees away from -0- it is. Look at manual to see what yours is supposed to be at. Loosen an adjust distributor to adjust timing.
