You need to troubleshoot to see if its a fuse, bad window switch or bad window motor. Check the fuse first. Open the door and remove the door panel and check to see if the motor makes a sound when you push the window button. If it buzzes or gets warn then after verifying the switch is good, you will need to replace the motor. To test the switch you just need a 12V test light to verify current is reaching the switch. If it does, then you know the fuse is good. The check the outbound side of the switch when pressing the button to see if the test light lights up. If it doesn't the switch is bad. You can buy a test light for less than $10 from an auto parts store and for 99 cents from some 99 cent stores that carry them.

Why won't the drivers side window in 2000 Taurus won't go up. Can hear the click, window won't move.

Not sure about an easy fix other than putting plastic over the window. It sounds like the motor that pushes the window up may be seized up.

ON MY 2000 TAURUS THE DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW WILL NOT GO UP (ELECTRIC) DOES EVERY WINDOW HAVE ITS OWN MOTOR?

Yes every window has its own motor, could also be the window switch you push to roll up and down. Sometimes if fluids get spilt they burn out

04 taurus Power Windows, passanger side goes down, not up, new mo

It is most likely the switch itself. since the down works that means that there is power going to the switch. So, the up position switch is probably worn out.

Fuse box diagram

it can't possibly be a fuse if your front windows are working.
i also have a 94 taurus and this same thing has occured, the L-R window won't move at all. but all of my other windows work. it is probably a bad window motor. I've heard a lot about 94's having this problem. take it to the dealer and see if they have any Technical Service Bulletins about this.
