Question about 2001 Volkswagen Beetle
Turn the key- i hear one click. Lights, clock and evrything stays lit. The battery was checked and it has full charge. My relative fixed/checked a few wires and the turminals and the problem was solved for 3 weeks. Today its damp and it wont start. On occasion i have been able to wiggle the wires and its started, but not this time. please help.
Sounds to me like you have a dodgy starter motor, gently tap the starter with a hammer, while someone turns the key, if it starts then your loenoid in the starter motor is on its way out....
