Question about 2006 Kia Optima
There are a lot of points in the circuit that could cause this. In the Neon family of vehicles there is a safety circuit that will cause loss of spark if the fuel pump faults out. I know this because I had this problem in a 2000 Neon. The ECM can cause this if it detects a fault in some situations. Best recommendations unfortunately is take it to a shop and have it diagnose with the computer they have. Sorry.
