Check the electronic flasher module located under the dash by the steering wheel as the unit may be faulty. I don't know the exact location on your car, but the unit will be labeled

Wireing a pig tail onto 95' jeep grand cheerokee.

The kits are great, they work, They eliminate the need for running extra wires for the brake and blinker, they don't mix well. Also, you need a real good ground on your trailer or you will get dim lights, or no lights at all.

Check for power to your starter relay - if there is power there then most likely is your starter motor

Left and right blinker light

Your gonna have to remove the blinker panels to replace the lights. I'm assuming your talking about the clear rectangular blinkers on the front? If so, start with the orange blinkers on the sides, 2 screws, under that blinker will be 2 more screws to remove the mount that holds your blinkers in place. Look around the 4 corners of your headlight, you'll find more screws. Once you've unscrewed everything you'll be able to remove the blinker mount thing (square-ish piece of plastic) and then you should have access to the clear rectangular blinkers on the front. Very easy.

Blinker dont work flasher and other lights work

The turn signals don't work, but the emergency flashers do? If that's the case, replace the flasher, you have 2 flashers, one for emergency (hazard) flasher, and one for the turn signals. It should be on the fuse block under the dash.
