On the wiper controls there is a ring turn it and wiper will come on unless there is a problem with something.

I have a 99 Ford Windstar passenger van front windshield wipers are not working I need to know what fuse are realy to change I have no Manuel and it don't show me on the fuse box cover

Your owners manual shows the fuse is in underhood fuse box, number 6--30 amp. If you don't have an owners manual you can go to, fleet.ford.com and look at your owners manual.

2005 mercury mountaineer windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of the windshield. ..the rear windshield wiper works though

That really sounds like a fuse blew for the wipers.
Check your owners manual for fuse box location.
Please let me know if this helps

The windshield wiper motor doesn't appear to be working

look at the owners manuel, look up fuses/relays the fuse panel should be checked first, the wiper relay should be located under the hood, in a black plastic box

Replace rear windshield wiper

I took it to a mechanis, who is a friend of mine. Toyota made that rear windshield wiper custom. So he took off the stopper and the screw in lock and I bought a 13" blade and we put the attachment on that came wih the wiper and slid it on to the arm.

Windshield wipers

From your owners manual:

Fuse#11 30A , Wiper Run/Park
Relay, Wiper Hi/LO Relay, Windshield Wiper
Motor, Rear Washer Pump Relay

U will also need to check the relays if the fuse is ok, the relay, it is the underhood fuse box
Relay #202 — Front Wiper Run/Park Relay

Windshield wipers wont work

Can you here the motor running? If not maybe a fuse is blown or the wiper motor is bad.
Can you move the wipers by hand? If you can then the linkage either popped off or is broken.
