Where is the inline fuse located for the headlights, wipers, and door locks on 2002 Jeep Liberty?

No inline fuses. There are two fuse boxes, one under the hood on the driver side and a second one inside the cabin, usually by your left knee. Take a look at these images.

JEEP 2002 Cherokee (Liberty) 2.5 CRD. No Lights, screen wipers, speedometer reading, remote door locking, rear door remains locked

to start with find some one who can read the fault codes . Make a record of the codes . next using the code reader have the CPU reset as the program is corrupted from having the battery disconnected. Next find an accredited mechanical shop that knows their job to fix the faulty sensors shown by the fault codes . I wouldn't be surprised that the faulty sensors are few after the CPU is reset.

My wiper pump is not working on my 2002 Jeep Liberty. I think its my pump fus beause the wipers work fine. Any ideas?

sounds like a bad pump, the fuse for the washers is the same as the wipers, check connection at pump and make sure washer fluid is not frozen if all checks ok. then replace the pump. hope this helps.
