Question about 1998 Buick LeSabre
Inside the drivers air bag there are two horn wires 1 on the right and 1 on the left remove the 2 screws holding the air bag/ horn sensor and remove 1 of the wires at a time to find the 1 that is making contact. then re assemble. you will only have the horn sensor on the side still connected.

To repair this you must replace the steering wheel air bag, a very expensive fix
