Pull the wheel remove the drum and check thats the only way to know for sure. Also check to see if your e-brake locked up. Chances are your riding on the shoes and it got damaged inside

My right wheel isn't spinning when I'm driving and it's making this horrible squeaking/howling sound. What's wrong with it?

WHAT wheel(S) are not spinning? Front/Back/Left/Right?

Do you use your parking brake? If so, it may be stuck "ON" even when you release it.

Take it back to the mechanic and have them do a complete brake test. You're probably due for a brake job - brake pads and/or shoes, new rotors and/or drums.

How do you adjust the rear wheel bearing?

Rear wheel bearings on front wheel drive vans are much like front wheel bearings before front wheel drive.
You have an inner and outer bearing with a nut and lock washer.
After the bearings are packed with grease, you tighten down the axle nut until snug then back it off a notch. Then put the lock washer or lock ring on. Some have a cotter pin to hold the nut in place.
The wheel should spin with no drag from the bearings.

Trouble with ABS Brakes system on 2001 Chrysler T&C Jerks real ibad in rear while driving

I do not think this is an abs problem but rather a out of round drum, this problem only happens when you are braking ? if this is the case then i would check the rear brakes.
First make sure the rear wheels are spinning freely, if you use the e-brake then make sure there is not a cable holding.i bad e-brake cable will sometimes not release the wheel or both rear wheels causing the brakes to stay on in the rear, they may not be on all the way but on to cause the rear drums to over heat and get out of round causing a bad pulsating when braking.
Jack up the rear of the car and make sure the wheels are free spinning, if they are not then you will need to find out if its a cable, bad adjustment or frozen wheel cylinder. If the wheels spin free then have some one step on the brake and see if wheels lock up then release the brake and make sure they spin. next is to do the same with the e-brake.If all is good then replace drums or see if they can be cut. The last thing would be if the wheels are free and the car shakes when driving along and not braking then you may have a bad tire or bent rim. good day.

My 2001 cavalier makes aconstant humming noise. When I turn to the right it goes away. I am thinking it is the wheel bearing in the front right. Has anybody else noticed something similar?

Correct diagnosis, but make sure it isn't the left bearing. Jack the car up and check both wheels for play. If no play, start and put in drive (while still jacked up off both wheels), and listen to each side for the noise.

Key will not turn

try rotating the steering wheel to one side while turning the key, then the other. if that dos not work, can you put the key in the oher way? if still not work, try your other key. key may be worn. other wise it's new lock cylinder time.
