1999 k2500 4x4 5 speed chevy started grinding only when i put it in 3rd gear,clutch seems fine but it has 80,000 on it, im a semi driver so i normally know when a clutch is going out. any ideas would be great.

likely the synchro or the fork for that gear is worn. You may be able to "double clutch" to get it to engage easier but it will need teardown to actually fix.
