Vw polo will not start in morning , if i leave it for 15/20 mins will start and keep starting all day ,, then same thing next morning HELP

Tommorrow try turning the key on 2 or 3 times and then starting it. If it starts right away then the check valve in the tank is bad or the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail/engine is bad. Both will let the fuel run back in to the tank.

Why when i start my car some time it dosnt start up straight away all the lights on panel is on but the engine wont start up

Lights on the dashboard will show up when the ignition is turned on (when your key is half-way turned). They dont need the engine to be running for them to work.

If your engine wont start, it can be numerous things. It is best to let a mechanic to look at it.

I changed battery and now it dosnt work

You lost your program of the key module follow these instructions.

To Program a Remote for a VW
Put your good key in the ignition and turn to "ON", do not start the engine. Make sure all the remotes you want to use are present because they have to be programmed at the same time.
- Close the door and insert key #2 into the driver's side lock. Lock the door.
-Within 5 seconds of locking the door, press unlock 2 times on the new remote, key #2.
-(if this is remote #3, press unlock 3 times. if this is remote #4, press unlock 4 times).
-If there's a chirp or beep do not press it again. This means that the car has recognized the new keyless entry remote.
- Repeat with other remote or unlock the car and turn off - done.

What would cause the vehicle not to turn over right away? When I go to start my Van it takes about 2-3 trys before actually starting. It seems as though it's not firing right or something.!

Try turning key just to ON position only, 2 or 3 times then back off, then try to start, see if that makes a difference. If it starts good doing that, have your fuel filter changed, or do it yourself if capable, and if it continues to do it after that, have your fuel pressure tested.

99 cherokee sport starts hard after sitting over night or 3 to 4 hrs. starts right away if key is turned on and off2to3 times represurizing the system

Could be related to the fuel system. What have you replaced or checked so far. I would look at the battery and the charging system. Also look for a fuel leak, pump pressure, and the vehicles maintenance/repair history.

Hard starting, excessive crank time

try changing the fuel filter and turn the key on and off several times before starting engine. once running check the vaccum line on the fuel pressure regulator.the regulator can leak fuel from that connection.

Ran it out of gas,now wont start

Turn the key without starting the engine, you should hear the fuel pump engage. Do this a few times to prime the engine. If it still doesn't start, spray "starting fluid", available at parts store, into your throttle body. It should start now.

Problems when starts..

Turn your key on for 10 seconds but do not start the engine. That will give the fuel pump time to built pressure. After the 10 seconds try starting the engine. If it starts right away you may have a weak pump or dirty filter.
