I want to know where the timing marks is on the fiat palio weekend 1600 16v

You must have had shop manual to install cylinder head correctly. If not, you need one to get this right. Do it wrong and you will bend valves again, so invest in cheap shop manual.

What is the pressure on each cilinder for a 2.4 dodge stratus

squirt some engine oil all cylinders see if compression build up,good engine should have at least 125 to 175 compression, if you cant get compression up any more likely you have worn pistons rings and burn valves

Where can i find the timing mark for a 1996 bmw 316

Hi, to set the timing you should turn the No.1 piston to TDC, then turn the cam to where both valves on No.1 are close. The timing mark on the sproket should now be in line with the mark on the cilinder head. With No. 1 still on TDC fit the chain.
After fitting turn the engin a few times by hand to make sure there's not a valve pushing against a piston.

Do I need any special tools to remove and replace my worn lockset cylinder on my ford van? Is there an instructional video on line that anyone knows of?

Hi!!

I beleive you can do it, no need of special tools, a philips head screw dirver, needle nose pliers may be all you need.

raise the window all the way up
take the door panel and water shiel off
disconect the door latch to lock cilinder rod
use the needle nose pliers to remove retainer clip from door lock cilinder
remove door damaged lock cilinder by pushing it towards the outside.
instal the new lock cilinder making sure it is aligned an seated correctly.
push retainer clip into place.
Reconnect the lock cylinder rod to door latch.
check for proper oparation, if OK, instal watershield and door panel.

As you can see, it is a very simple task.

RENAULT CLIO 8 VALVE TIMING BELT SNAPPED WHERE DO I FIND THE TIMING MARKS? HOW DO I SET THE TIMING UP . IS THERE A DIAGRAM ANYWHERE ? WILL IT BEND THE VALVES ? THANKS

hallo
first let me know year, engine code (or at least typ of engine 1.2, 1.4...). and I will send you picture for timing belt.
and it will (did) bend valves, so you`ll have to remove cilinder head *** well.

1999 Jeep Wrangler - Clutch pedal feels soft. Does not feel like it is fully disengaging when pressed. Hard to get into any gear when Jeep is not moving.

HALLO
CHECK BRAKE FLUID IN CLUTCH CONTEINER. IF IT IS MISSING, ONE OF CLUTCH CILINDER IS BROKEN.FIRST CHECK IF INSIDE THE CAR BEHIND CLUTCH PEDAL CAN BE SPOTED SOME BREAKE FLUID FROM CILINDER. IF EVERITHING IS "DRY", YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH CILINDER ON TRANSMITION. ON SOME MODELS ARE OUTSIDE GEARBOX AND EASY TO CHANGE, BUT SOME HAVE BUILT IN CILINDER IN CLUTCH BEARING. IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE TO REMOVE GEARBOX, REDUCTOR...CHANGE CLUTCH TOO

My car is misfiring in 4 cilinders and it lost power some times

Check the ignition timing. Check the cables for leaking voltage through cracks in the insulation, or check for very high resistance. Check the distributor for cracks.

Loss of power

Do you know how check if every cilinder is working? with the engine in idle, go to the distribuitor cap and carefully unplug one at the time, every cilinder spark plug wire,in the cilinder you dont see a diference in rpm variation, that cilinder is not working, replace spark plug, if you see spark jumping fron the distribuitor cap torch the spark plug wire, another cause to a cilinder fail could be a loss of compression in one or more cilinder
