Its fairly easy, just remove the plastic around the radiator, then disconnect the 2 or 3 hoses and remove the top mounts and slide it up and out.

What are you asking hear, if you know wear its leaking then you have to bite the bullet and fix it, there is no easy way, the only other way is you have to take the cross member out and drop the tranny down to get a clear shot at it its up to you.

Check your coolant level. If it is low and there is no obvious signs of a leak do a compression check on the engine (possible blown head gasket) or the fan / thermostat is not working properly.
