2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Air Conditioning Issue

My wife mentioned her AC was not working.. I noticed the 2 vents for the Driver were blowing cool air..but the 2 vents on the passenger side AND the 2 rear vents that are built into the back of the center arm rest that shoot air to the rear passengers are blowing warm air....Ive never seen this before....is this the same issue as discussed above?

ISSUE#2 what could hamper the strength of the airflow I seem to remember her vents being able to blow stronger...but they seem somewhat decreased...is it due to the same problem? Any ideas or solutions would be highly appreciated ...
Thanks,
Sgt. Jones

You will need to recharge your system , go to the nearest parts store and buy what ever brand that is recomended, and attach it to the lower air conditioning recharge valve.

If your vehicle has a cabin air filter or pollen filter you should replace it. This will increase intensity of air flow and save your heater motor.

Air conditioning only blows out from drivers side of my 2005 jeep Cherokee

apparently it is dual climate control. most common failure is the blend door actuator motor has gone bad on the passenger side. however it could be the door in the HVAC box has broken or the control head is bad.

2005 jeep grand cherokee ac blows cold only out drivers vent. rest of vents are just blowing air. freon is full. no dual air or auto temp.

THE ELECTRIC ACTUATOR MOTOR NOT WORKING. NOT ALLOWING AIR DOOR TO OPEN SO THE AC AIR CAN CIRCULATE THROUGH THE VENTS.

My ac only blows cold air out the driver side vents the other vents just blow air. there is no loose duck work and i dont have digital controls only one knob that works the fan speed

If the freon is low this can happen, also, there still will be a door actuator motor that controls the vents,it is in the dash, and the dash would have to be removed to replace it.If this was helpful, please rate, thank you.

2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo ac not cooling

My 1999 limited does this. When i bought it off the guy he said that its because of some flap down by the passengers left foot. In mine the passenger air barely even blows because of this.

Heating and air conditioning

The blower motor works on high setting ONLY when the blower resistor is bad. The blower motor resistor is held in place with 2 screws and attached into the heater housing under the right side of the dashboard. You can identify the resistor by the big wires that are connected to the connector. If this heating/cooling system is the auto temp type, the part is a bit high on the price.
