A good chance it would be a wheel speed sensor you have four of them one at each wheel. you get that message when the computer senses a difference in wheel speed making it think that the wheels are spinning at a different rate of speed which will cause that fault to show up. hope that helps

I am having the same problem but mine says "stability system engaged" then right after it says "service stability system" I called up a few auto repair shops and the speed sensor is built into the hub bearing..... if you get from dealer they will run you about 4-600 dollars. I would suggest go to an after market store and get them for about 160-200 dollars. They are real simple to install.. you can just google ABS speed sensor and im pretty sure youll be happy with what any of them say. Good luck and God Bless

Get your system checked for malfunction codes. Sounds like there is water entering the sensor harnesses under the vehicle. Doesn't take much to set off the malfunction light.

Don't do that again! You will need to re-boot the on board computer system by entering a code. Call your nearest Cadillac dealer.

Is the PCM the issue?

The P0140 code is caused by or is affected by the P0141 code. Fix the P0141 code first before worring about the P0140.
It is good you had the connections cleaned as oil contamination will cause a problem with the O2 system.
The "automotive electrician" should have performed a continuity test from the O2 sensor heater fuse to the PCM connector were the heater is grounded. The resistance value should be 35ohms. If the value is too high, the PCM will set the P0141 code. I would suspect you have an open circuit in either high or low side of the O2 sensor heater circuit.
Good luck.
