The two boxes are located (one; engine management and lighting circuits) under the hood by the battery and (two; in-cabin accessory and lighting) under the dash by the driver's legs.

Hope this helps,
matt

SOURCE: what fuse box and location is the power windows

The fuse box in the 06 ion is under the floor covering on the drivers side seat. Just move the seat all the way to the rear and then starting in the front near the pedals pull up the floor covering which is attached by velcro.

SOURCE: The Serpentine belt broke on

You don't need a belt diagram. Just thread the belt with the back 'smooth' part to the smooth pulleys, and the 'grooved' part of the belt to the grooved pulleys until the last pulley you have is the tensioner pulley that is turned using a breaker bar in most cases.

SOURCE: ACCESSORY POWER OUTLETS

I have a 2004 ION and the fuse is located behind the drivers side center console kick panel. The panel can be removed by tristing the large blastic screw near the left top of the kick panel. You can use a coin to do it. Once the panel is off relace fuse F20 and your god to go.

In my 2006 Saturn Ion sedan the speedometer meters, digital odometer, and the beeping when the door is open with keys in ignition stopped working. What could be the problem?

i would suggest checking the fuses to see if an accessory fuse has burned. The box with the fuses is under the dash on the driver's side, but there is a chance this system's fuse could be in the fuse box under the hood by the battery.

Hope this helps,
matt
