And, in a curious way, a user in this forum could not find the accessory use the idea of keeping a folding table in place of "cover".

Good luck.

Rear panel for a mitsibishi montero speacker removel

1Lift the rear seat all the way up and towards the front of the vehicle.
  • 2Remove the five Phillips screws holding the scuff plate at the rear opening of the vehicle. Remove the scuff plate.
  • 3Use a panel tool to pry off two screw covers on the edge of the headliner in the cargo area. Remove the Phillips screws located behind each of the covers.
  • 4Pull the carpet away from the edges of the rear-side panel. Remove four Phillips screws located below the carpet at the bottom of the rear-side panel. Remove the two Phillips screws holding the cargo cover hooks located on the rear-side panel.
  • 5Pry around the bottom and back edges of the rear-side panel and pull the panel out far enough to access the speaker.
  • 6Remove four Phillips screws from the edge of the speaker with a Phillips screwdriver. Pull the speaker out of the door and unplug the wiring harness connected to the back.

My rear hatch is stuck like its locked but its not how can i get it open to work on it

You will need to pull away the top of the inside cover (area under the bottom of rear window) from inside the cargo area. Pull as many screws as you can easily, and pull out on the area of the interior cover and slide your arm inside to grab the lock rod. Once the rod is grabbed, slide it to the left and right while someone operates the outside door handle. The hatch should unlock and open to allow total removal of the interior panel and allow access for repair and inspection.

Electrical Problem in 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited

You co0uld change the module but I don't know the exact location of yours (under the dash) If I was working on it and couldn't get a location, Id take a look at one from a parts house so I had an idea what I was looking for, then start looking. They aren't cheap though so sometimes it's best to have a good shop look it over just to make sure it will fix the problem.
When working, I test everything either with meters, scanners etc or use known good units to check problems. Here, I can only make educated guesses. Electrical parts are generally non-returnable so mistakes can be costly.
    Good luck though.

I bought a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited new. After about 175M miles, I would like to have it restored; engine, suspension, electrical, interior. Anyone have any ballpark figures for cost of a project...

Could vary anywhere from $1500 to $15000 depending on what your idea of a restoration is. A full engine rebuild would cost approximately $4500. Suspension overhaul about $1500, including springs shocks, bushings etc. Electrical is generally ok on a 1995 unless there are specific problems. Interior could cost $200 for a very through cleaning all the way to $3000-5000 to re-cover all the panels in new vinyl/cloth/leather and replace the carpeting. There are too many variables to give you an accurate estimate. Normally if I had a customer that was interested in something like this, I would ask for their budget first and then show them where their money would be best spent, and would give mechanical problems first priority.

Neoprene two tone seat covers are available at State of Nine but are pricey. You can spend about $250 and perform a DIY leather repair and dye job to the entire interior. Here is what I did, using leather cream crack filler and auto leather dye. It lasts about three years and then requires touching up.

    95 Pathfinder Fuel Pump

In the rear cargo area you pull the back plastic strip that runs around where your hatch latches and pull the carpet FROM the rear right to the front left of the cargo area until you see the round/square panel with 4 10mm bolts.  That is the cover that you remove to get to your pump without having to pull your gas tank.  be sure to label your fuel lines.
