Re: Front end wobble
An easily overlooked problem that can have these symptoms is low tire pressure. Examine your tire for excessive wear or a flat spot. Check your tire pressures. If all this seems fine, rotate your tires to see if that helps the problem. If so, replace the suspect tire.

Sounds like a wheel out of balance, tire low on air, tire belt shifted (starting to go), loose wheel, bad wheel bearing. press the helpful button and check links below Diagnosing And Repairing Wheel Vibration
What was the water temp reading before you parked. You just seized the front carrier bearing. (right front). But if you overheated the engine before you parked. You blew a head gasket, resulting in a hydro locked condition. That's why the starter will not turn engine over when you tried to crank it. ( Expensive!)
Jack up the front wheels and rotate them by hand. Look for any runout that may be cause by a bent wheel. Also feel the tread as you rotate the tire. It should be smooth and concentric. If there are any bulges in the tread the tire is seperated.
Grab the wheel at the top and bottom and push/pull. You should feel no play. If you do you woman have a bad wheel bearing.
In order to check ball joints and tie rods you will need to have the tire off the ground and the jack under the subframe or pinch weld. This will not work if the jack is under the control arm. Grab the tire at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions and push pull. If you feel any play you either hav
E worn ball joints or worn tie rod ends.

Couple of checks , mud in front rims will give you a wobble. Front tire cord seperation or loose wheel nuts. , Wore out tie rod end, front wheel bearing play, or a weight has fallen off the rim and it needs balancing. If it is vibrating your steering wheel, have the front end looked at right away.
