Your'e kidding right? ... find a car club for that car and perhaps you can get a valid answer....The system is likely extremely simple and you can trace wires with an ohmeter or "ringer" to find out where they go.

Fortunately your 1991 Buick is pre-steering wheel airbag...you will need to remove the steering wheel to gain full access to the "smart stick" Not to difficult with the correct puller...on loan from most parts stores...Hope this helps.

LEFT TURN SINGNAL WONT FLASH

I don't think it would be the flasher since the right signals are still working. Check all your light bulbs including the side marker lights. They must all be working for the turn signal work. If you can't find a bad bulb, then go ahead and replace the flasher.

No turn singnals,no gauges,no dash lights

it sounds like a headlight switch malfunction. check the fuse, and power and ground to the switch, if they're all there good, replace the switch.

My turn signals and hazard lights do not work. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. What else could be the problem? How do I fix it?

the turn singnal switch is called a multifunction switch. this controls both your hazzards and the turn singnals.this could possibly be your problem.but before you buy this part that is over $100. try to locate your hazzard flasher or your turn singnal flasher relay under the dash. this is most likely your problem.
