Question about 2006 Suzuki Forenza

1 Answer

My car alarm keeps going off. The people who installed the alarm adjusted it the first time. The second time they replaced it, the third time they replaced it again, and this last time they completely unhooked it and said it HAS to be the factory installed system. (And it still goes off for no reason!) The Suzuki repair shop says my car does NOT have a car alarm already installed-just a keyless entry. What do I do?

2002 Hyundai Elantra how do I reset the alarm system

If your alarm is factory-installed, first, you will need to insert the key in the ignition in the "ON" position. Leave it there and wait until the alarm stop sounding. It may take between thirty seconds and one-and-a-half minute.

Second. Once the alarm stop, turn the key to the left like if you were going to take it out, but don't remove the key.

Third. Wait Exactly 10 seconds and turn the car on.

This will disable the alarm until it is engaged again using the remote.

Alarm system keep going off ,only way to turn it off is adjust battery or unhook the battery.

Did you try double tapping the door open button to stop the alarm.

If it keeps going off you need to visit a dealership if it is a factory alarm or an alarm installer if it is an aftermarket alarm.

Why won't my car alarm in my 2008 HHR Chevrolet work after replacing the car battery this week. Not even if I open the car with the key.

Do a reset. Turn the key on for ten minutes, off for thirty seconds, then start. A relearn is three times this, start after the third time. Use a battery charger on the relearn. Each time you try to start it, you have to start over.

Lexus gs300 alarm

check to see if you can adjust the sensitivity of the alarm as it may be temperature that is sending it off. If it m is a genuine factory fitted unit then have a talk to the service centre for clues. Also have you considered the possibility that an animal ( cat) is jumping on the bonnet to get warm from the engine heat

Car won't start and arms alarm when I turn the ignition

Dead battery armed the security system. Remove the battery cable let the system reset. Charge the battery. Use the key to unlock the door instead of the keyless entry. This resets the alarm once the battery is charged.
