probably need to change the thermal flashed. It should be in the fuse panel. The fuse panel is usually located in the dash just to the left of where your knee is located. The flasher is a small metal can that unplugs.
Hope this helps Loringh

Next best guess is the flasher unit has failed, this could be your little blue box, pick up a replacement at any auto parts store and replace it.

My daughter's car had a similar problem. After we owned the car for a year the blinkers would quit. At first taking out the fuse and putting it back in would be a temp fix, but then that wouldn't work. Then if the car sat for awhile they would work. One night I rechecked bulbs and fuses and couldn't get them to work, but when i got in to drive it to the shop they worked. Long story short, in our case believe it or not, it was the flasher switch. I was told by a GM dealer, the the Intrigue (emergency) flasher switches are quirky and go bad and it affects the blinker. I never had it put in because the car is a piece of junk, that has had one problem after another. Maybe playing with emergency flasher switch might heIp. I randomly bought a lemon. I cannot guarantee that's what it is, but at least you have a start. The install plus the part would have cost me about 138.00, that was lowest estimate. I had the guy look at some other things on the car and found out it's not worth fixing, unless you are a mechanic and can fix it yourself. I have never been more disappointed in a car in my life. If you start losing anti freeze , but can't find where it's leaking, email me. I can give you a lesson on all the things that go wrong with that model.
