The noise is the serpintine belt, these cars are very sensitive the belt needs to be very tight. The adjuster is a long bolt on the side of the alternator.

Cam sensor drive squeeking

You may want to check the idle tension-er pulley. I had the same problem and had to replace both to stop the noise. It was louder when it was cold outside, if that helps.

I have squeek coming from my truck only when iam at a idle speed going down the highway but not when i am accelarate

I do not know the answer to this problem, however I am in the same boat. My 2000 tacoma prerunner has recently started doing the exact same thing. No noise on accelerate, idle, or when sufficiently warmed up (20 minutes or so after driving). What I do know is that it is Not my brakes as I have relatively new pads (<1 year old) and Not the belt (i had it checked). Because it does not make the noise on idle, this makes it terribly tricky to track it down. So, if anyone can help us solve this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Engine Squeek

It may be the water pump that is making the noise if the noise is constant.

Rear end squeeking noises

Check the brake pads . they may need to be replaced. They make that noise to wrn you that it's time to replace them. Replace all pads in front too. It is what is suggested.

Squeeking noise when i start the engine, with the engine cold

Probably serpentine belt to loose.
It is common. Have it checked.
Also can be water or oil getting on belt and it starts slippering and makes the noise.
Good Luck
