The firing order is 1 - 4- 3- 2. I would suggest visiting the autozone.com website and register the truck info. It is free and you will have access to an online repair manual for the truck. Information like this is available there and it's a handy resource for anyone doing maintenance on their own vehicle. Anyway, hope this helped and best wishes.

In the front of the hood latch ( to the left and right of the unit) there are two mounting screws that actually hold the hood latch piece together. If those screws are loosened the latch can be moved left and right. Align the latch piece to the hood to make sure the hood catches.As long as the latch itself will work by pushing it down this works and it also helps with tight tension issue on the pull chord from inside of the cab.

on a ford is usually located on the side of the distributor or inside of it.i always find it on the outside of the distributor with a big electrical plug connected 2 it. hope this info helps. take care and good luck, manny

The spark plug firing order is ( 1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6 ) The distributor rotor turns CLOCKWISE ( 1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6 ) The marked # 1 position on the distributor cap faces towards the firewall and slightly towards the passenger side The engine cylinders / spark plugs are numbered : passenger side of engine , front to rear , 1 , 2 , 3 and drivers side of engine , front to rear , 4 , 5 , 6
