Question about 2001 Ford Taurus
Have you checked the fuses and if so are they properly seated in position ....as well the wires over time in the door jamb become worn and the friction causes them to break within the rubber boot start with the use of a test light and locate the power switch to the window and check to see if there is power there with the key in the on position then try for power at the dome light switch by removing it and checking that as well ...this is a starting point to determine your issue
