There will be one located before, and one located after the catalytic converter for each exhaust that you have

Check Advanced Auto Parts web site. They show you the sensors that are avilable for the vehicle, and most of the time a small pick of where it is located on the truck. You probably have more than one, so I would use a scanner and try to find out which one is dead before you buy them all or replace them one at a time until you find the culprit. A scan should show which one is dead, or what combination of them are dead or dieing.

I have GMC Yukon XL SLT 1500 2003 with 89000+ miles. The check engine light came on a day ago. The truck runs great and no change with performance. What are the frequent most issues when the light comes...

jeeze, so many "common" causes. but THE most likely cause is an oxygen sensor out of range. replacing same and driving several miles might get you lucky and save some money. but note, a restricted fuel or air filter will likewise make this sensor report bad data and set the same code. in other words, don't ignore maintenance issues...

One of my oxygen sensor is reading bad,do i have to change the other three ?

A bad oxygen sensor will cause an engine to run poor. Scan the computer, it will tell you which of the oxygen sensors has failed. Simply replace the sensor that is bad and the repair is complete, clear trouble codes.

Hope helps (remember rated this):
