The odometer blinking is not a fuse, that much I can tell you. I have many years with Neons and I have never seen that except when the cluster needs to be replaced. i found nothing in my trouble shooting manual or repair manual that identified the problem wither.

Speedometer quick qorking 2004 usuzu rodeo 3.5

did you connect any OBD2 scan tool and look.
the PCM will tell you if the VSS is dead. flat out tell you.
why no scan the PCM and not work blind./??
the tool is cheap to buy, rent or loan. (or any mech will just do it for free as good will. (no dealers here).

ok, Rodeo, 3.5 2004
3.5L is wrong, dead wrong, 3.2 is my guess.
see here, see country and engines, neither i can guess.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isuzu_Wizard
which engine ReALLY ?
Not the Rodeo SPORT , answers below are 3.2L non sport.

Speedo dead. what about Odometer.?????
is replace sensor a statement or a question?
replaced with a "d"
my guess it was a question. and guess.
step 1 and 2 all electrical problems.
1: test the fuses, related. Fuse #11?
2: battery fully charged, at 12.6vdc, not 10v, at 10 electronincs dont work right. fix battery. or charge system.

now how does the 04 work.?
the VSS sensor feed data to many things.
PCM (for fueling data)
Speedometer
Odometer
ABS
supension control unit.
cruise control
etc.

if the odometer works its not the VSS.
see?
the cluster is 100% electronic, ....

VSS is input to Speedo and the odometer is electronic inside
same, so if VSS is bad, both die.
fact.
if only the speedo is bad, then it is bad.

scan the PCM and not guess.
the PCM reports a bad VSS, with 100% assurance.

Odometer fuse

I don't know you'll find a specific "odometer fuse". It may go with a "dashboard fuse", or even a "gauge cluster fuse." To be honest, I don't even know about that. It's just a suggestion. The manufacturers are very particular about what you can do with the odometer. Most of them (by law) are 'tamper proof'.

My odometer and radio dont work

OK you say the radio stopped working after turning off the car for a few seconds as well your odometer. Is the odometer just dark and the radio just wont turn on? if this is the case I would look for a blown fuse. Most late model cars the fuse box is located under the hood near the battery. It will have a plastic cover over it that once removed will have a directory that lists witch fuse is for what. Make sure that if you find one blown that you replace it with one of the same value they are sized to protect the wiring in your car from burning and setting the car on fire. So keep in mind that if you have a blown fuse that there mite be something wrong especially if it does it again right away.

Turn off 10,000 mile eng light

Is it the Maintenance Required light? If so, Turn your car off - hold in the odometer and turn the key half way on. Hold for about 4 - 5 seconds. Your odometer should start blinking and your light should go out.
