There probably was nothing wrong with your other battery, but there is something wrong with your alternator. Change the alternator, or at least have it checked. It could also be a bad connection somewhere, but usually this probem is the alt not charging enough.

My 2005 trail blazer keeps drawing the battery dead when it is not running. usually about 12-14 hours and its dead?

I had this problem and found the secondary air inj. pump was coming on because of corrosion. Replaced relay to it cleaned it up and so far so good. It is located under the vehicle on the drivers side almost below the seat.My girlfriend happened to hear the pump running at 4:30 am one morning while letting the dog out

Mt engine stalls when i turn on the heater 2004 trail blazer

The throttle body needs to be cleaned, grime in this area prevents the throttle plate from closing completely and allowing air to enter, making the air/fuel mixture lean.

Where is the fuel filter located on my 2004 Chevy Trail Blazer? WE

On 05+ Trail Blazer, the fuel filter is integral with the fuel pump inside of the fuel tank. It is a non-serviceable part. On 02-04s, the filter is on the drivers side frame rail at about the B-pillar. If your trail Blazer is a late 04 which means that it was build close to the 05 Trail Blazer, you may have a non serviceable fuel filter. Good luck and check under your Trail Blazer or look at your manufactured date sticker on the door which would help you indicate if your 04 is a early Trail Blazer and you'll have the fuel filter on the inside frame rail under the driver's door.

Car turns off when put in reverse or drive in the mornings, its an automatic,a golf III Volkswagen

This is a common problem with alot of other makes of cars, it has to do with the air fuel mixture when the car is cold these settings are changed under normal operating temperature by the ECM to make the engine run normally when it is not at optimal running temp. The cause of the engine to stall when in put into reverse is the reverse gear in any car is geared higher then forward first gear so the engine has to work harder to move the vehicle and with a cold engine if the engine is not 100% tuned (proper maintenance and tune up) it will stall when cold and specially when put into reverse. This is a very difficult problem to diagnose and only a highly skilled vdub mechanic working on your car can fix this. I could tell you 8 different things you could try but they may not work, its kinda trail and error. Hope this helps

Engine stalls

Assuming you have the correct size battery, this really shouldn't happen! I am assuming the engine is idling at fairly low RPMs, so when the AC kicks on, it kills the engine? It might be that you need to drive the car for a bit so that the engine computer can "relearn" your settings, which disappear when you change the battery. Or, when your battery died, one of your sensors might have gone with it. There is a idle sensor on most cars that raises the idle RPMs when the AC comes on.

96 Blazer stalls when hot on hotest days

I had a similar problem on my 95 jimmy. It was something that took a lot of time and money to diagnose, but now 3 years proplems. Emissions requires the truck to have an EGR valve (exhaust gas recycle) and this deposits gunk (carbon residue) on your MAF (mass air flow sensor) If you catch it in time you can use a carbon cleaner from Autozone or checker Lightly on the MassAirFlow sensor. If not in time you may have to have either the MAF or EGR valve replaced and these are expensive. After a long period of time being undetected eventually the EGR valve will start smelling like sulfer, this means its to late to clean and save!

Hope this helps
