Question about 1986 Ford F 350
Yep!.. the problem is electrical wiring (that's only if you've VERIFIED the replacement pump is GOOD!). If you don't have POWER and GROUND at the fuel pump connector, doesn't matter if the pump is good or not... if the pump isn't receiving power (and there's a questionable ground), the pump will not operate correctly.
