i have a 1995 chevy blazer with the 4.3 high output vortex motor no cat in it did the fix to the 02 so it would read right just changed the fuel pressure regulator and now it blows white smoke and runs like **** any help would be greatly appreciated
White smoke is typicaly coolant, sometimes trans fluid will also apear white. I would pull the plugs first off to see if one or more is "wet" with fluid, also dbl check fluid levels.
White smoke means there's water or coolant mixing in with your fuel. Could mean a blown head gasket or intake manifold. The more you drive it like this, the more expensive the damage will be to repair.
As you have already changed the regulator and checked sensor the above can be a problem please check
