Question about 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche
My check engine light is on and when i open my gas cover i hear air, would that make the light come on or is it a sensor that i need?If it is a sensor where would it be located on the truck, and do they cost much? Thanks for your help...clayton.
I had a similar problem with a Grand Am one time. My check engine light would come on until I removed the gas cap and replaced it, after a couple minutes driving the light would come back on. My problem was a faulty gas cap. I would suggest taking it to the auto parts store and having them check the error code for you. Most will do this for free and point you in the right direction.
