Jack up and suport the car proplerly (not on the sissor jack)remove wheel don't forget to crack off wheel bolts before jacking up
when you look at the brake caliper on the inner side at the bottom you will see bolt it will be either 12 mm or 14mm head remove this and the body of will lift up may need a bit of help from a pry bar then the pads can be removed the caliper piston wil need to be pushed back a big pair of grips is best for this then clean up where the brake pads sit so they are not a tight fit as they will bind if there tight then refit in reverse order
but remember if your unsure this is your brakes so get someone who knows what there doing to check them before refitting the wheel

This is very common of Hondas if the front rotors have been turned(machined)off of the car or if an inferior quality rotor has been installed. Replace the front rotors and brake pads. This should cure your issue. Let me know if you need any instructions or diagrams.

The back brakes on my Honda Accord are disc brakes. After removing the brake cylinder assembly you will see the brake cylinder piston end has a slot in it. The short pin on the back side of the inner brake pad fits into this slot, but also it is used to 'Turn' (clock-wise) the piston back into the cylinder so you fit the assembly back over the new 'thicker' pads. You can not 'press' this piston back into the cylinder.

Honda Accord 2003 V6 Premature brake replacement

Those models had very soft pads because customers were whining about brake squeaks. Honda's answer was to put on soft pads that wear out quickly. DUH!
If you can find some by VGX- they work great and are quiet also.
Good luck!
