Hi,
Test or replace the temperature sender mounted on the Radiator.
This should turn on the fan.
You can check operation by removing the plug, and using a pair of snipe-nosed-pliars to bridge the electrical contacts of the plug. At this point - the fan should come on if it is the switch at fault.
Providing you have coolant of course.
If the switch is ok, then it wil be a defective coolant thermostat.

This could be a clogged radiator, defective thermostat or a temp control valve.

What exactly is your question? If your fan is not working, you have already determined the problem.

If the fan is functional but not turning on, I would guess that there is either a blown fan fuse or faulty thermostat.

Cooling fan not working

At this point, we need to verify if the fan even works. Try turning on the AC and see if the fan turns on.

2010 Lincoln MKS Heated Seat on driver's side stopped working (Light in button turns off on its' own)

The most common cause of this problem is that the drivers seat heater grid is open or burned out. That is based on 25 years as a Ford dealer technician.

Ac fan not working, ac is cold but fan won't blow air into cab...

check the fan itself to see if it works. check the heater fuse first! if all is ok, you probably have a bad heater fan resistor. to check blower, please go here on pc for info on blower. .cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t16272_ds569146

Zafira radiator fan

Turning on the heat removes heat from the engine as it blows it on you. Make sure first that there are no air pockets in your cooling system as that can cause high temp reading and malfunctions in proper fan engagement. If that looks good test your fan, if it is working then test the fan relay, if it is working test the temperature sensor that gives the relay the go ahead to engage the fan.

My 2005 focus has no heat

There are a few thing that can cause the heat not to work, this all depends on what you mean by no heat, is the fan blowing air but not hot or is the fan not working at all?

i will say to heat the coolant level in radiator and make sure it is full, this is if fan blows but not hot. let me know, good day

Why does my mitsubishi lancer always seem to over heat

it could be a fan problem. if its a pully mounted fan the fan clutch could be going bad if the fan is electric it could be the heat sensor for the fan.

Soon as i turn on my heat my cooling fans come on first

It sounds like you do need a thermostat with your heat shut off and the gauge will raise a little then the car doesn't have that heat drawn from it indicating that you most likely do need a thermostat. As far as the fans coming on immediatly that could be a different problem it is most likely the coolant temperature sensor that tells the fan's when to come on. If this sensor says the coolant is hot the fans will come on immediatly. These are seperate problems as the coolant temperature sensor does not have anything to do with the cabin heating system. You should first check the level of your coolant is full, This could also cause your cabin heating system to perform poorly, and may have adverse effects to the engine cooling system. (fans)

No heating or fan working

You may need to check the fuses first from there you may need a new fan swith or relay or maybe a new fan and also a new heater core.
