If this is the 4 cylinder engine it is quite possible that the timing belt has broken. If it seems to turn over faster and easier then before the problem surfaced then the belt is broke or it jumped a few cogs and the engine no longer makes enough compresion to fire.

95 trooper flooding cylinders when cranking, runs great when starts, but setting all day or night, floods again, will run then if spark plugs removed & cleaned!!, all sensors changed!! WHAT TO DO NEXT??...

Connect a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel line and check the fuel pressure. If it exceeds manufacturers specifications; replace the fuel pressure regulator.
Spark plug cables which have aged, and now have more han 1,000 ohms resistance per inch of length, also can lead to cylinder flooding; and should be replaced.

I have recently purchased a second hand isuzu trooper model 1999 with manual transmission..everything goes on smoothly until one day it suddenly stopped as if it has gone out of fuel and wont start no...

No its not full with diesel fuel this is a common shut off on the isuzu. Plus the valve are always noisy . The crank sensor on those go out easy. This may not be the problem.Go to the back have someone crank it ,or if your hearing is great as you crank it do you hear a hummin noise that will be the fuel pump if you dont then the fuel pump will most likely be your problem. If you hear a humming noise as you turn the key on the fuel pump will not be the problem. Now let check spark. do you have a tach on it (the RPM) if you do crank it if it bounces just a tinytiny bit you have spark and the fuel pump will be the problem. Most common Isuzu trooper failure the ignition module

Vehicle is not starting

check your fuel pump, mass air flow sensor, crankshaft sensor, spark plugs, spray starter fluid in your air intake and try starting your car if your car starts then shuts off then your fuel pump is bad if it doesnt start up at all then that means your fuel pump is good and something else is wrong with your car. Fuel pump are some of the mian causes of a car not starting but remember only do this if the car is cranking and not starting if your car is not even trying to start then its your starter.

Engine Flutter in 95 Trooper

If it was mine I would get as much of the old fuel out of the tank as I could.(syphon or look at tank for a drain plug)Change the fuel filter.Fill it with fresh fuel.Add a bottle of (Red color) STP fuel treatment. This will help remove condensation form the tank. Also check the condition of the air filter and install a fresh set of spark plugs, properly gaped.
The octaine in you old gas gets weak. Its not good to let it sit for so long.
I hope this helps you.

No start-95 safari

Could be fuel pump, is the pump running when you turn key on, you should be able to hear it. You are likely going to have to take it to someone with a pressure gauge to make sure it is getting proper fuel pressure. Fuel pumps commonly go on these vehicles

I have a 95 Isuzu Trooper that had bad gas from the store, it started missing every know and then, then one day it just killed on me, we drained the gas, changed the spark plugs, but know you accelarate it...

you probably have a build up of "gunk" in the fuel pipe or injection system, the popping and stalling when accelarating could be tied to this (the valves probably gunked up) their is a kit wal-mart has that may help its a fuel injection (carb) cleaner the kit you can do at home and comes with directions or it can be done in the automotive garage.
