Question about 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe
My truck is a 2005 Chevy Tahoe. Im having problems with my drivers side power seat. It moves only 1 inch or so back and forth. Everything else works. This started after I picked it up from the repair shop for inspection sticker.
SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING IS JAMMING THE SEAT, LOOK UNDER THE SEAT WHILE YOU OPERATE IT AND SEE IF ANYTHING IS OBSTRUCTING TE MOVEMENT, IF U DON'T SEE ANY PROBLEM THEN THE SEAT TRANSMISSION IS DEFECTIVE OR A FOREIGN OBJECT HAS GOTTEN IN THE GEAR DRIVE, AND WILL NEED TO PULLED OUT OF THE CAR AND CLEARED OR BE REPLACED, THEY DON'T SELL PARTS FOR THEM JUST THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY, SO LOOK CAREFULLY AT HE CAUSE BEFORE REPLACING THE SEAT TRANSMISSION ASSMBLY.
