Question about 1999 Chrysler Town & Country
Best solution I've ever seen for noisy belts (assuming all pulley components are OK) is - replace belt with Goodyear Gatorback belt. Available at Summit Racing and perhaps JC Whitney, as well as many other places now. Has resolved belt squeal problems on all of our past MOPAR products.

Try to spray some Anti-Squeal belt dressing on the belt and see if that helps, if not you must likely have a pulley or tensioner thats going bad.
