Emission wiz, there is no sticker under hood or anywhere in eng compartment, i have looked for it,,,,basically ive got it figure out except for the egr. does it run from vac source(intake manifold) to the DPFE, then to the then to the EVR then to the EGR or is that wrong?

or does it run from vac source to EVR solenoid then to EGR. and the DPFE hooks to the other double ported sensor looking thing under the EGR? lol or neither of the above?

hmm sent this wrong way i guess... ok sticker is gone/missing. basically i need to know how to hook egr vacuum routing and dpfe sensor routing, im thinkin it goes vac source to EVR solenoid then to the EGR? and the DPFE goes from it to the ehaust manifold? and then there is a another sensor lookig thing on the firewall, i guess is heater vacuum? not sure on it either...lol...sorry car was a mess when i got it, almost done with it now..runs pretty good but not right yet. thank you

The correct diagram for your engine is located under the hood, Look on the radiator support, firewall, or sometimes on a valve cover...

I have a 2007 Saturn outlook. I need to know what hooks up to the nipple on the intake on the passenger side

nipples on intake manifolds are used for vacuum access ports so check for a vacuum hose broken off, missing vacuum gauge hose ,PCV valve hose ,anything that requires vacuum to operate-gear box operation.

When I drive my Jeep It only blows air out of my defrosters and it dosent matter weather or not I have it set on the floor or the vent. then when i come to a point to slow down it switches to where i have...

Sounds like a bacd vacuum chack valve. Will be a small round plastic thing in the vacuum linre that goes from intake manifold to firewall. Difficult to find at parts stores , may be a dealer part. Air should only blow one way through it if it is good.

How do i replace a brake line , i can just cut the linr and replace the section i cut out

You can, but its not the best way. I would advise to replace the whole length of line or where there is a union. Make sure its perfect, or have a repair shop do it. You cant take chances with brakes. Special tools are needed and it needs to be routed and retained correctly.

Torque converter acting up vacuum hose not hooked up

As far as I know, there is no vacuum tube that goes to the bellhousing it would serve no purpose. There may be a vacuum hose attached to a vacuum modulator on the side of the transmission, if the hose is disconnected or the modulator has failed it will have a direct influence upon shifting.
