Remote key lock

I assume your keyless entry is malfunctioning...Sometimes cleaning all of the contact points inside...(on the circuit board and buttons) can help. The battery life varies by use and design. Your local Batteries Plus can test/replace the battery as needed. Hope this helps.

Problem with the 2006 Toyota Camry xli -Since I had the car battery replaced, my keyless entry does not work.self running engin not working-remote not working

if you did not put a 9v plug into the cig. lighter befor you remove the battery then you will need to have the computer re flashed. any vehicle maurfactured after 2003 you half to feed constent current to the computer of it looses basic memory but the car will start in most cases but remote and lux iteams will not as it loses memeory when batter is removed thats why you use a 9 v in cig liter to back feed the comuter. hope this helps you

chances are the remote keyless entry module (RKE) has electrical issues, see if there are problems with wiring, connectors or fuses.

Keyless / remote control - Toyota vienta vxi

No, not true. We replace remotes regularly, and have never had a need for a "working" remote. The keyless entry system does not "disable" itself. Hope this helps.
