Question about 1996 Pontiac Grand Am
When i went to start my car this morning, I turned the key and it was totally dead. It does nothing. I turned the key on again and the dash lights slowly started coming on and the idiot bell tried to ding....but totally weak. Is this the battery? I had no indication it was bad...is that normal? I within the last year replaced the alternator...but the battery is about 6 years old? please help
Yes it is the battery, was it a little cold out this mornin??? cold weather usually exsposes the bad batteries in vehicles, and sometimes there is no warning but your battery is old and should be replaced, hope this helps
